Our Online FHT accredited Introduction to Crystals is written by Shirley O’Donoghue who has been teaching Crystals and other energy based therapies such as Reiki, Colour Therapy etc for over 25 years.

Accredited by The Federation of Holistic Therapist who are the leading professional association for therapists in the UK and Ireland, this course has been allocated 5 points towards CPD for therapists and will cover the following subjects:

• Crystal Therapy Contraindications

• How to select, store and prepare your crystals for use

• Introduction to the Subtle Energy System - including Chakras

• Meditations & attunement process for crystals

• Dedicating, programming and energising a crystal

• Next steps

You will be able to download a detailed guide to using crystals which you can keep and refer to. The course is suitable for anyone wishing to learn the basics of Crystal Therapy for themselves. No previous experience is required although basic computer skills are needed to complete the online test. You will be able to download and store your course guide which will be available for 60 days from the date you start your course. If you do not complete the course within the 60 days allocated we will mark the course as uncompleted although you will be able to reactivate the course as long as it is within a 12 month period.
