Reiki is a method of healing developed by Mikao Usui in the early 1900s in Japan. Reiki works by energizing and balancing the subtle energy system which in turn promotes the body’s natural ability to regenerate and self heal. Please note that Reiki is NOT a religion and it is now being used extensively as a complementary therapy in prisons, hospitals and included in drug rehabilitation programmes.

On Reiki 1 training, you learn how to feel energy, how to give a Reiki treatment, understand the basics of the subtle energy system and how to measure the effectiveness of your treatment. You also receive 4 Reiki attunements which help to integrate the Reiki energy into your system.

Please note that the Reiki Federation are currently looking at voluntary self regulation and our course is unusual in that you will also be able to obtain an external verification – an OCN accreditation on this course.

Reiki level 2 empowers the Reiki flow of energy through the practitioner to a greater degree. You are given three Reiki symbols which provide you with tools to empower mental and emotional healing as well as absent healing. The 2 Reiki attunements that are passed down on Reiki level 2 help the practitioner to develop both their sensitivity to the Reiki energy but also personal psychic awareness.

Please note that the Reiki Federation are currently looking at voluntary self regulation and our course is unusual in that you will also be able to obtain an external verification – an OCN accreditation on this course. As this course is verified at a level 2 OCN you will also be able to obtain insurance to practice.

This level is aimed at those wishing to receive the Master attunement and symbols but who are undecided or do not wish to learn how to teach and attune others to Reiki.

This is a 3 day intensive course which provides guidance on how to teach Reiki as well as offering training in the attunement process.
